Our Campus
Serving Fort Dodge and surrounding communities, Friendship Haven offers a variety of independent and supported living options that encourage aging in community. We promote active lifestyles in our independent living apartments and town homes, assisted living with the “just right” amount of support, extra help in our Simpson Health Center, and dementia and Alzheimer’s care in our Journeys building.
